Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Device

  Securely place the electronics in their original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
